Are your t-shirts made to order?
Yes! Every piece is made to order, just for you. Nothing sits in a warehouse, we print each design fresh once you order. It takes a little longer, but it means less waste and a piece that's truly yours.
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
We're so sorry if that happens, and we'll make it right. Just message us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, a clear unboxing video, and photos of the product and packaging. The unboxing video is required for every claim, so do remember to record one while opening your parcel. Once we check it, we'll arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
Can I return my order if I just changed my mind?
Since each piece is made to order just for you, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or wrong size selected. Please check the size chart carefully before ordering, and if you're unsure about sizing, email us first and we'll help you pick.
