Where we ship: Across India.

Made to order: Every t-shirt is printed specifically for you after you place your order. Because of this, please allow a little processing time before dispatch. Good things take a moment.

Dispatch time: Orders are printed and dispatched within 2 to 4 working days. Designs with special printing may take an extra day or two, and we'll always let you know if anything is running behind.

Delivery time: Once dispatched, delivery usually takes another 4 to 7 working days depending on your location. Metro cities tend to receive orders faster than smaller towns.

Our printing partner: Your order is printed and shipped by our trusted printing partner. This means your tracking updates may show their name or the courier's name rather than ours. Don't worry, it's your House of Goods order on its way to you.

Tracking: As soon as your order ships, we'll send you a tracking link by SMS and email so you can follow it home.

Shipping charges: Shipping is on us. The price you see is the price you pay, no extra shipping charges added at checkout. We cover the delivery cost so you don't have to.

Cash on Delivery: Available across India. Please keep the exact amount ready for the delivery executive to avoid any delays. A small COD fee may apply at checkout.

Delays: Sometimes things slow down for reasons outside our control, like weather, festivals, or courier hiccups. If that happens, hang tight and reach out anytime. We'll help.

Undelivered orders: If an order can't be delivered (wrong or incomplete address, unreachable phone number, or repeated failed attempts), it gets returned to our partner's facility. If this happens, write to us and we'll help arrange a re-ship. Please double-check your address and phone number at checkout to avoid this.
